Today is the first day of the Manafort-Mueller Witch Hunt trial. Mueller’s first chance to lay a trap.

The jury selection begins in Alexandria, Virginia. (VIDEO BELOW.)

Will Manafort fall for the trap that Mueller is certain to set?

Or will Manafort stand strong for America?

Alan Dershowitz, liberal pundit joins Fox yesterday and has his thoughts on it.

Dershowitz reveals, “Special Counsel Robert Mueller is hoping that Paul Manafort will opt to testify against the President, rather than face a lengthy prison sentence.

As the jury is being selected, the Associated Press, reports, “the trial of President Donald Trump’s onetime campaign chairman will open this week with tales of lavish spending, secret shell companies and millions of dollars of Ukrainian money flowing through offshore bank accounts and into the political consultant’s pocket.”

But what we will likely NOT see is any connection to the Trump campaign in 2016 or “answers about whether the Trump campaign coordinated with the Kremlin during the 2016 Presidential election, or really any mention of Russia at all,” per AP.

Bill Hemmer, of Fox News tells us that this trial has to do with Manafort’s finances of 2005.

Dershowitz joins them and tells them that the “Judge is not sympathetic to the prosecutor’s.”

Moreover, that is a great thing if you are Paul Manafort.

Furthermore, the reason Mueller wants so badly to convict Manafort, Dershowitz reveals, is “if he’s acquitted it will be,obviously, a blow to the investigation.” (VIDEO BELOW.)

Dershowitz then tells us why Mueller wants Manafort to fall for his trap.

If Manafort is “convicted, it will give Mueller an opportunity to squeeze him.”

Dersh explains that Manafort has two trials. This one. Then the one in D.C. where he is less likely to have sympathy. Where the trap will be easier to lay.

The Harvard professor then says, the Mueller trap is to tell Manafort, “Die in prison or testify against your former associate.” (VIDEO BELOW.)
