Senator Maxine Waters took the day off from her “Impeach Trump” campaign and allowed the House of Representatives to follow in her footsteps. Today, Reps Luis Gutiérrez (D-IL), John Yarmuth (D-KY), Adriano Espaillat (D-NY), Marcia Fudge (D-OH), Steve Cohen (D-TN) and Al Green (D-TX) were the Impeachers-In-Chief.
Cohen said at a press conference, as per The Hill:
“We believe that President Trump has violated the Constitution, and we’ve introduced five articles of impeachment”

Michael Ahrens, the spokesman for the RNC did not hesitate in calling the bizarre move by the Democrats:
“…A BASELESS RADICAL EFFORT.”
In a quote by The Hill Ahrens said:
“House Democrats lack a positive message and are completely unwilling to work across the aisle, so instead they’ve decided to support a baseless radical effort that the vast majority of Americans disagree with. Republicans are focused on issues the middle class actually cares about, like cutting taxes and growing the economy.”
