Does everyone recall the domestic terrorist who mowed down eight pedestrians and injured eleven others? He was in a white truck in New York City last Halloween eve?

Then from his hospital room he wanted to fly the ISIS flag after Police shot him. He was recovering from his mass murder scene. His name is Sayfullo Saipov(MORE BELOW.)

Saipov “plowed a pickup truck down a crowded bike path along the Hudson River in Manhattan,” reports the The New York Times.

Furthermore, “officials are calling it the deadliest terrorist attack on New York City since Sept. 11, 2001.”

Yesterday, in a NYC court room he did the same thing. He invoked Allah. Then asked to address the court. Next, he was granted permission.

Saipov then said, “judgments made in the courtroom were “not important” to him because they were “not Allah’s judgments”, as reported by The New York Times.

Furthermore, the alleged domestic terrorist says in the court room, that ISIS’s goal is to “impose Sharia on earth, is leading a war.”

The Islamic State was not fighting for land or for oil, he continued. “They’re fighting to impose Sharia on earth.”

The Attorney for the deceased, asked for a speedy trial and said that their families deserved swift and speedy justice. As per Fox News, the “defense lawyers have said the government should accept a guilty plea and a sentence of life in prison without parole to provide victims’ families and the public with closure.
