Sergio Jose Martinez, a 20-time deported illegal immigrant, was sentenced to 35 years in prison on Friday in Portland, Oregon. Martinez plead guilty to kidnapping, sexual assault, sodomy and many more counts, according to a report by KOIN.
During his sentencing, the illegal alien criminal displayed no sign of remorse and had some rather sick things to say to families of the female victims he targeted. You can see down below.
Martinez was seen smiling and smirking over the course of his trial, and after being officially sentenced, he looked at the families of the victims while leaving the court room and said: ‘See all you guys in Hell.’ Watch below:
The first attack occurred in July and involved a 65-year-old woman. Martinez broke into her home, bound the woman, blindfolded her, threatened her life and then raped her, according to the KOIN video.
Later that same day, Martinez assaulted another female in a parking garage. According to Daily Mail he approached her carrying a knife and made her get into her car and slammed her head into the ground after she tried to escape. She screamed for help and he took off in her car.
Martinez had several run-ins with the law and had been deported from the US on multiple occasions. ICE plans on deporting him again once he gets out of prison in 35 years. A week before he committed the crimes, he was released early from jail.
AG Jeff Sessions discussed Martinez’s case in a recent trip to Oregon, asking them to reconsider cooperating with federal immigration agents. According to the Daily Mail’s report, Oregon became the first sanctuary state in 1987, which prevents law enforcement from detaining illegal aliens if they committed no crimes.
Just a day prior to Martinez’s conviction, another illegal immigrant Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, was found not guilty by a jury in San Francisco in the shooting death of a woman, which caused nation-wide uproar. The DOJ has since issued a warrant of its own intended for Zarate.
The 2 latest cases of Zarate and Martinez has Americans debating the issue of illegal immigrants and many are expressing the urgency the wall being built along the Mexican border.
