U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan was nominated by none other that Barrack Obama to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in June of 2014. They go way back! And True Pundit notes: “Her husband was appointed a Judge by Obama too. And Chutkan also donated campaign funds to Obama prior to her and her spouse’s appointments to the bench. Oh yeah, almost forgot: Her mother-in-law kicked in for Obama’s presidential campaign too.”
Why is all of this important? Two reasons.
One reason, is that she just blocked Fusion GPS’s financial and bank records from being revealed to the public and to some lawmakers too. Not all. But some. Lawmakers will be working with a handicap because only a select few of the Fusion GPS financial statements will be revealed and only to a handful of lawmakers. Congress was wanting to see WHO PAID FOR THE DOSSIER. Tanya’s block has made that increasingly more difficult. Very sneaky, Tanya. Very sneaky.
The second reason this is important, is because she should recuse herself from the case. It is clear she has a history with Barrack Hussein Obama and the democratic party. And clearly, is not unbiased. But she’s not going to do that. Oh no. In fact, (wait until you get a load of this)…this is the same Judge who did not recuse herself from the Awan case after it was known that she has a close family member in the Department of Homeland Security. Once a dishonest Judge. Always a dishonest Judge.
This begs the question…why is Fusion GPS so hip on wanting to conceal it’s bank records? “Sen. Tom Cotton (R-TN) noted the suspicious nature of Fusion GPS’ efforts to conceal who paid them for the dossier. Fusion GPS has gone to the greatest lengths possible to try to conceal who paid them. Which makes me think it was probably a Democratic political operative or a Russian intelligence service.” as reported by The Daily Wire.
If you think Fusion GPS should release their financial records so we KNOW who PAID FOR THE FAKE DOSSIER then write your congressmen and tell them what you think!
