I think we all know by now that Kimmel thinks he is an expert on Healthcare and wants Universal Healthcare because of his personal experience with his new born. Kimmel also threatened a Fox News Anchor Brian Kilmeade on FOX & Friends. Brian said “So these politically charged Emmys may have been the lowest rated in history but that’s not stopping Hollywood elites like comedian Jimmy Kimmel for pushing their politics on the rest of the country,”. Do you agree with Brian? Well , Kimmel shot this back on his show last night:
“The reason I found this comment to be particularly annoying is because this is a guy, Brian Kilmeade, who whenever I see him kisses my ass like a little boy meeting Batman. Oh, he’s such a fan! He follows me on Twitter. He asked me to write a blurb for his book, which I did. He calls my agent, looking for projects. He’s dying to be a member of the Hollywood elite. The only reason he’s not a member of the Hollywood elite is because nobody will hire him to be one. And, you know, the reason I’m talking about this is because my son had an open-heart surgery and has to have two more, and because of that I learned there are kids with no insurance in the same situation. I don’t get anything out of this, Brian, you phony little creep. Oh, I’ll pound you when I see you.”
Jimmy’s comment is very telling as if Kilmeade wants to be in Jimmy’s elite group. Jimmy threw insults and made it personal and all of that knowing that he is wrong and doing exactly what Brian said he was doing. Pushing his personal agenda on the rest of the America.
Here’s the problem when a Comedian tries to pretend he is an expert on Healthcare. He gets called to the carpet by the adults who are actually working on the Healthcare Bill!
Senator Cassidy (R-LA) – a co author of the bill says Kimmel is WRONG and coined the phrase “The Jimmy Kimmel Test” because Kimmel believes that he knows MORE than a co-author of the actual Healthcare Bill! Senator Cassidy repsonds to Kimmel with this in the video below. “I wish he understood completely…we protect those with pre existing conditions……If he understands the bill – one he is WRONG… it will increase coverage and will protect those with preexisting conditions particularly for those in those States who have not had the benefits of medicaid expansion…and those are millions of Americans.”
The deadline is September 30th, 2017 for the HealthCare Bill.
Do you think Kimmel should stop willfully misleading Americans with his personal agenda of Universal Healthcare?
