Fort Lauderdale Police Chief Tweets Heart-Felt Message To Local Residents

After Irma ripped through much of Florida, residents are now looking to recover and repair all of the damage that was done.

In Fort Lauderdale, Police Chief Rick Maglione is helping to lead the road to recovery with this inspiring tweet:

Fort Lauderdale’s police made national headlines when they arrested suspected looters during the hurricane. The suspects were caught in the act looting a couple of stores by Local TV cameras during Hurricane Irma. Police eventually hunted them down and served them a dose of justice.

This latest tweet by the chief of police is one more signal that the men in blue will be there to maintain order and help in whatever ways possible as Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas look to get back to normal.
